On the Shelf is Talbot County Free Library's public access television program. Produced by MCTV, On the Shelf features library events and happenings and is available to cable television subscribers throughout Talbot County on Easton Utilities channel 15 and Atlantic Broadband channel 77. Archived episodes are available on MCTV's Youtube Channel.
