Board of Trustees
The Talbot County Free Library Board of Trustees is a 12-member governing board that meets monthly, except for the month of August. Duties of the Trustees are established by State and County law and include developing library policy, establishing rules and regulations for the operation of the library and approving the library's annual operating and capital outlay budget request and allocation.
