Family Concert: The Sweater Set
Join us in a celebration of Mother’s Day with a concert by DC folk duo and 2021 Whammie winners, The Sweater Set. There will also be a Ukulele strum along/sing along for the Grand Finale. After the concert there is a craft activity where guests can make a card for Mother’s Day. activity: Make a card for Mother’s Day! This concert is supported in part by the Maryland State Arts Council and presented in collaboration with Carpe Diem Arts.

If you have been thinking about writing your memoirs but don't know how to get started, this Zoom class is for you! During sessions, each participant will share their 500-word essay assigned during the prior session. Writing takes place at home, and stories will be read and discussed in class. This ongoing class meets on the second and fourth Monday of the month, 10:30 a.m.- noon. To register, call the library at 410-822-1626. Upon registration, you will receive a Zoom invitation and writing assignment topics for the year.
