The Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board's site lists local services and service centers in Talbot, Caroline, Kent, Dorchester, and Queen Anne's counties. Click here to enter their site: and then click on: Menu of Services

Chesapeake College's Continuing Education program offers GED (High School Equivalency Degree) and ESL (English as a Second Language) classes. (Note: Chesapeake College does charge students to take their classes. There is no charge to use their website.)

Chesapeake College also offers GED prep.
